A Brief Introduction

First off, welcome to the new blog. I'm looking forward to writing my ideas about the wonderful metropolitan area I live in, especially in terms of new developments. I have many wonderful ideas I'd like to share and I will start on them shortly. Some of them are simple. Some of them go way, way, way out there. None the less, my ideas will be posted to hopefully inspire other individuals to come up with their own ideas as well.
